1. Cancellations:
During Installation: If you choose to cancel during the installation process, no refund will be provided, and you are required to pay the full amount for the services and materials.
After Materials Are Secured: If you cancel your order after materials have been secured but before installation, your deposit will be forfeited.
2. Defects During Installation:
If any defects are discovered during installation, Bennett Floor Coverings will take immediate action to repair the issue. If repair is not feasible, we will replace the defective flooring product and reinstall it at no additional charge to you.
3. Post-Installation Returns:
No returns are accepted after the product has been installed, except as specified in the defect handling conditions above.
